The pomp and circumstance is over for the nation's top two blue-chip basketball prospects.
Shabazz Muhammad has announced that he will attend UCLA this fall while Nerlens Noel has picked Kentucky.< br />
Muhammad, the 6-6 scoring machine from Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas will try to fill up the hoop - and the $ 136-million, newly-renovated Pauley Pavilion - next season.
He chose to become a Bruin, turning down offers from Kentucky and Duke.
Nerlens Noel, a 6-10 center from Tilton Prep (N.H.) chose Kentucky.
He announced in the only we anyone possibly could: by shaving the UK logo into the back of his flat-top fade (right).

Noel follows in the footsteps of Anthony Davis, the NCAA Tournament's Most Outstanding Players during the Wildcats run to the title, the first for coach John Calipari.
Davis is also the heavy fav orite to be the No. 1 pick in the upcoming NBA Draft this summer.
