Pauly D's hairdo isn't what's turning heads these days.
The "Jersey Shore" star recently stepped out at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas looking a little ... beefier.
But a source close to Pauly D (real name Paul DelVecchio), assures Us Weekly that the deejay's new appearance is the result of some extra gym time.
"He's gained 20 pounds of muscle," the source told the magazine. "He is (exercising) nonstop ... three times a day sometimes."
With "Jersey Shore" currently between seasons, DelVecchio, 31, is currently focusing on his latest spinoff show, "The Pauly D Project," in addition to his regular deejay gigs.
In the MTV series, the "Shore's" resident cab-caller gets to hang out with his buddies, Ryan Labbe, Jason (J-Rock) Craig, Michael (DJ Biggie) Morgan and Gerard (Big Gerry) Gialanella as the crew ma neuvers through life together.
"There is a better caliber of girls in Vegas than there are in Seaside," DelVecchio once told the magazine.
