Good morning from The Oval, on a day when President Obama pays tribute to those who have sacrificed.

This afternoon, Obama welcomes cyclists participating in the sixth annual Wounded Warrior Project's Soldier Ride.

The event takes place as the Department of Veterans Affairs announces an increase in mental health staffing, reports USA TODAY's Gregg Zoroya.
