Good morning from The Oval, on a day when President Obama talks taxes and raises money in a key election state: Florida.
Later this morning, Obama boards Air Force One for a flight to West Palm Beach, Fla., where he first visits a private home for a campaign fundraiser.
A few hours later, Obama travels to Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton to talk about his major tax plan: The Buffett Rule, as reported by USA TODAY's Richard Wolf.
Named for billionaire investor Warren Buffett, the White House describes Obama's proposed rule as "a simple principle for fairness that ensures that millionaires pay at least the same effective tax rate as middle class families pay."
Then its back to fundraising at the Westin Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood, Fla. And a third fundraiser at another private home.
Obama returns to the White House late tonight.
