Staff at a London branch of a Carphone Warehouse have been urging their customers to wait for the launch of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S3 instead of upgrading to the iPhone 4s because the Android handset will be 'better'.
A staff member at the store said hes urged several customers who were looking to upgrade to an iPhone 4s to wait for the release of the upcoming Android handset (otherwise known as the Next Galaxy), as its due to arrive shortly.
He said: Were recommending that customers wait for the Samsung Galaxy S3 instead of buying an iPhone 4s because its going to be better and will offer consumers greater value for their money.
The Samsung Galaxy S2 is on par with the current iPhone, so were certain that the Galaxy S3 will have better specs and more features.
Were not sure what they are yet but it could possibly have a better camera and screen, the staff member concluded.
Weve approached the Carphone Warehouse press office for a comment and will update this post as soon as we hear their response.
