Joshua Ledet of Westlake, La., wowed the judges on Wednesday night's episode of 'American Idol.'
LOS ANGELES The judges on American Idol definitely love somebody, and his name is Joshua Ledet.
The panel once again reserved the most praise on Wednesdays installment of the Fox singing competition for the powerful 20-year-old gospel singer from Westlake, La.
Ledet wowed them during the 1960s-themed first round with The Temptations Aint Too Proud To Beg, and then nearly brought judge Jennifer Lopez to tears with his slowed down rendition of the Bee Gees To Love Somebody during second round of British pop tunes.
The other singers remaining in the competition are Hollie Cavanagh, 18, of McKinney, Texas; Skylar Laine, 18, of Brandon, Mississippi; and Phillip Phillips, 21, of Leesburg, Georgia; and Jessica Sanchez, 16, of San Diego, California.
One of the five finalists will be dismissed from the competition Thursday.
